Sponsorship
Dear
Local Business,
I
would like to invite your business/organization
to sponsor one or more teams in our YMCA soccer
leagues. It is through the support of our local
business community that we are able to provide
this excellent, affordable program for so many
area youths.
Every
spring and fall over 1,000 young people participate
in Edwardsville YMCA soccer programs. Our youth
league gives children a chance to enhance their
soccer skills in recreational games, and our
growing rookies program teaches preschoolers
the basics of soccer. Hundreds of volunteers
participate every season to help coach. The
YMCA Soccer Sponsorship Program, which began
in 1987, has played a major role in the leagues'
success.
Your
$125 sponsorship fee includes the following:
1.
Your company/organization's name or logo will
appear on approximately 15 youth shirts or with
other logos on roughly 80 rookie's shirts in
both our spring and fall seasons. Participants
keep their shirts at the end of each season.
A portion of the cost for the team shirts is
underwritten by the YMCA to keep sponsor costs
at a minimum.
2. A Certificate of Appreciation will be sent
to each sponsor. This will identify you to your
patrons as someone who supports local youth
programs.
3. Your business will be listed on the Edwardsville
YMCA website (www.edwardsvilleonline.com/ymca)
as a sponsor of the YMCA Soccer Program.
Please

to the Edwardsville YMCA Meyer Center if you
are interested in sponsoring one or more teams
in our soccer leagues.
