Functional
Strength Training for Adults
This program offers beginning through advanced
levels for adults who are looking for a demanding
and total body workout. The focal points are: horizontal
and rotational loading, strength training, agility,
core stability, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Our innovative exercises use free weights, water and
medicine balls, foam rollers, physioballs, proprioception
training, Bosu/disc, and body weight. Meyer Center

Weight
training is a necessary component of every woman's
exercise program for numerous reasons such as weight
loss and the fight against bone loss. This class will
teach you how to use weights, physioballs, and other
resistance training tools, including cardio, to reach
your fitness goal at every level.

Energized...
That's how you'll feel after taking this exciting
combo exercise class! You know that to truly meet
your fitness goals you have to implement weight training
& cardio into your workout. This class will meet
every M, W & F. The first 45 min. you will strength
& tone your body the last 30 min. you will be
on our NXT Spinning bikes for a cardio workout that
will take you to a new level in your fitness endeavors.

Camp 101
Get
back to the basics. This is an outdoor exercise program
that will meet rain or shine! BC 101 is designed to
challenge your body and mind. It caters to all fitness
levels. We will meet two times a week for five weeks.
We will utilize a diverse range of exercises that
will help you tone muscle and increase stamina.

This class is designed to reduce sedentary behaviors
and to encourage a more active lifestyle. Class consists
of cardio warm-up, stretching, light weight training,
coordination and agility exercises. Most importantly,

The SPT program is best suited for developing athletes
(middle and high school), college athletes, and national
